I have an unnatural obsession with ice cream. I overuse emoticons when typing and texting. I'm extremely random. I love dogs beyond all reason. But what I'm trying to accomplish with this blog is to motivate myself to become the best me possible: fit, healthy, and happy. And if I can do that for others as well, that's great too!

If that involves fitspo interspersed with cats and dogs, followed by pictures of delicious food, so be it. :) <- see, emoticon.
