Dulce de Leche Cupcakes!
My favorite blogger chef has done it again - this time with the most delicious looking cupcakes I’ve ever seen! Chef Priyanka is vegetarian and very health-conscious, so I’m sure she used only the best ingredients. It’s okay to indulge once in awhile.
